Susan Post is the Vice President of Installation and Service at Johnson Controls, Building Solutions North America. In this role Susan manages teams comprised of project managers, project engineers and field administrators with a focus on providing excellent inventory management, procurement and field coordination for installation and service to security, fire protection and video analytics solutions.  In addition to team management, Susan helps with operational development for programs, such as Johnson Controls partnership with Lincoln Tech to train the workforce of the future. She’s also actively involved in Johnson Controls Women’s Network initiative and passionate about promoting more female leaders and gender diversity within the security industry. Prior to Johnson Controls, Susan began my career at Wells Fargo Security and later joined ADT as a national director of field support, installation and service.
