Neil brings over 15 years of systems integration experience to his role as Vice President, Systems Engineering & Quality at Vidsys. Neil is head of Quality Management and Support Office (QMSO) where his office provides cross-departmental services for improving product quality, adoption and increasing business efficiency across the entire enterprise. Prior to joining Vidsys, Neil was the global Solution Architect Manager at Leidos, providing design and integration leadership for complex integrated security programs. His experience spans the full lifecycle spectrum of design, integration, test, and management of large scale, international, commercial and government security technology projects world-wide. Neil has expertise in system level architectures combining multiple disciplines with an emphasis on major integration between varying products and organisations. Neil is a license Professional Engineer (PE) and holds a Master of Engineering degree in Systems Engineering from Portland State University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of California at San Diego.
