Frank Piazza is the General Manager of Global Services at LenelS2, a part of Carrier. The group oversees professional, custom and managed services, technical support and training. Previously, he was the global director, operations and product fulfillment at Elsevier. He also served as director of technical delivery and support operations at Pharos Systems International and as enterprise operations director for Pitney Bowes Management Solutions. Piazza earned an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York. He is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the international Project Management Institute.
