Prior to this, she was a programme director and executive VP at Rolls Royce, managing director at PACCAR - Leyland Trucks and production superintendent at Rockwell International. Andrea holds a Bachelor's degree in Classical History from Open University and in Accounting from Michigan State University. She also holds an MBA in Finance, Operations Management from the University of Pittsburgh.
