Since joining Salient in 2009, Adam has leveraged his extensive background in the security industry, which dates back to 1997. His career journey spans various roles, from integrator to manufacturing, from telemarketing and call centers to installation and service, sales, systems engineering, and management. As the leader of Operations at Salient Systems, Adam focuses on enhancing customer experiences by streamlining processes in Technical Support, Systems Engineering, and Customer Service, while fostering collaboration across departments. He works to translate and deliver the customer experience to the internal teams designing and building Salient's software experience. His leadership ensures that Salient consistently meets and exceeds customer expectations.
