Alastair McLeod, CEO, is delighted to welcome Tony Lannon to Veracity UK
Tony has broad experience in security industry with technical knowledge of system design, IP surveillance, network equipment & design

Veracity, a leading provider of innovative, intelligent solutions that solve real-world IP video challenges in transmission, storage and display, are delighted to announce a key appointment to their UK Sales Team with the hiring of Tony Lannon as Technical Sales Manager. Tony has a wealth of experience in the security industry combined with a solid technical knowledge of system design, network equipment and network design, plus IP surveillance.

Previous experience in IT and security markets

Tony has spent the last four or five years in a senior sales and business development position working for D-Link, selling network switches, IP cameras and NAS storage into both the IT and the security markets. He has previously worked for AD Networks (part of Dedicated Micros), Norbain, BT and even a spell as a Senior Network Engineer for Kingston Communications, so Tony knows networks literally from the ground up.

“We are delighted to welcome Tony to Veracity. His broad experience in the IT-sourced surveillance sector is highly important for the promotion of our extended Ethernet and transmission products, as well as educating those businesses about the long-term benefits of choosing a storage solution that’s designed for IP Video and not IT,” said Alastair McLeod, CEO of Veracity UK Ltd. “I know he will be a very strong addition to our team and with IFSEC just around the corner I am sure he will be inviting his industry colleagues along to see what we can do.”

"Joining Veracity has offered me a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a fast paced and growing Company that has a great passion for producing products with cutting edge technology," said Tony, "I am very excited to be joining the Team at such a pivotal time with lots of exciting product releases on the horizon and am looking forward to being a part of a Company with such a well-respected reputation in the industry."
