Ipsotek, an Eviden business, and a pioneering provider of AI-powered video analytics, has announced two strategic leadership appointments that reinforce its commitment to global expansion, technological innovation, and customer success.

Fares Djenandji has been appointed Chief Growth Officer (CGO), and Rayan Cherri has been named Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

Commercial and technology strategies

With over a decade at Ipsotek, Fares has played a key role in shaping the company’s global presales and sales operations. As CGO, he will lead efforts to accelerate market expansion, strengthen strategic partnerships, and align commercial and technology strategies to support long-term, sustainable growth.

I’ve been fortunate to be part of Ipsotek’s journey from its early years to where we are today,” said Fares. “This role is about building on that foundation, applying what we’ve learned, embracing new ideas, and working as a team to drive the business forward.”

Ipsotek’s marketing vision

Rayan brings a unique combination of regional and global market experience to her role as CMO

Rayan brings a unique combination of regional and global market experience to her role as CMO. She played a key role in Ipsotek’s early expansion across the Middle East and Africa, and more recently, in building its global marketing channels.

Now, she will oversee Ipsotek’s marketing vision, with a focus on strengthening brand presence, driving market-led growth, and ensuring customer insights remain at the core of every initiative.

Ipsotek’s commitment

Ipsotek has always been defined by innovation and impact, but this next chapter presents unprecedented opportunity,” said Rayan. “In a crowded market, clear communication, sharp positioning, and deep market understanding are essential to driving meaningful growth. I am honoured and excited to work with the team at such a pivotal time.”

Ipsotek’s CEO, Boghos Boghossian, commented: “Fares and Rayan bring exceptional leadership and expertise that will be critical as we scale our technology, enter new markets, and deepen our customer relationships. These appointments underline Ipsotek’s commitment to delivering innovative, customer-focused solutions that drive real-world impact.”
