Ipsotek, an Eviden business, and a pioneering provider of AI-powered video analytics, has announced the appointment of Ara Babayan as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Babayan brings over two decades of leadership in enterprise transformation, cybersecurity, and complex programme delivery across the financial services and technology sectors.

Babayan has led major initiatives at Deutsche Bank, Barclays, UBS, and Kantar, delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes, embedding SaaS and AI technologies, and building high-performing cross-functional teams.

In his new role, Babayan will be responsible for pioneering Ipsotek’s global transformation strategy and ensuring excellence in product and scalability. A key element of his mandate is the establishment of what he refers to as ‘’Transformation Office’’, which will focus on delivery governance, customer value realisation, and operational synergy across the organisation.

With a focus on execution and scale, Babayan will work closely with R&D, Operations, and strategic business units to optimise Ipsotek’s technology delivery and create a robust framework for cross-functional collaboration.
