HiveWatch, a physical security software company reimagining how organisations keep their people and assets safe, announced a partnership with RSPNDR to deliver more efficient, streamlined communication and dispatch of field and guard resources for customers.

The partnership enhances incident management, enabling both HiveWatch and RSPNDR to offer an embedded, end-to-end solution that allows global security operations centre (GSOC) operators monitoring disparate sites to generate a security response through RSPNDR with the click of a button. This automation accelerates the communication process as the operator can send details of an emerging incident directly to the field and guarding resources, making incident response more efficient.

HiveWatch® GSOC Operating System

Custom responses can be communicated through the HiveWatch® GSOC OS or Command Centre

Working with HiveWatch to communicate with RSPNDR’s distributed guard network allows organisations to deliver more value from security teams to the broader organisation,” said Mark Zimmerman, CEO, RSPNDR. We’re in the business of helping organisations source high-quality response services to customers when they are really needed and we know that our customers can benefit from the use of the HiveWatch platform with our services.”

Custom responses can be communicated through the HiveWatch® GSOC Operating System (OS) or Command Centre via the Guard Mobile App to RSPNDR’s network of distributed mobile guard companies to respond to incidents on demand, as well as provide transparency, data analytics, and reporting for security pioneers.

GSOC and field operations

Together, HiveWatch and RSPNDR provide a unique value to organisations, not only in streamlining communication between the GSOC and field operations, but also providing a cost-effective way for companies to address incident response,” said Ryan Schonfeld, Founder & CEO, HiveWatch.

With so many security pioneers being asked to do more, with less, being able to offer significantly more value through partnerships like this provides them with the resources they need to meet business goals.” HiveWatch will showcase its platform during ISC West, April 10-12, in Las Vegas, at Booth #34074.
