GJD, a British manufacturer of professional security equipment, will once again be exhibiting at The Security Show 2016. The exhibition is hosted by GJD’s distributor, Security Supplies, on Tuesday 6th September 2016. GJD will be exhibiting at stand number 18 and will be showcasing its D-TECT IP motion detectors, Clarius PLUS Infra-Red and White-Light LED illuminators and state-of-the-art LASER sensors.

The Security Show 2016

The Security Show 2016 is a trade only Show at the Hamworthy Recreation Club, Magna Road, Wimborne, Dorset. The show will be open from 2pm to 8pm, making it flexible for visitors to attend, either during or outside of their normal working day. Visitors will learn about the latest technology in the security industry and see interactive product demonstrations.

GJD is giving away £10 vouchers for use at a variety of shops including Currys, Halfords, TK Maxx, River Island, iTunes and lots more for installers who pre-book a product demonstration for the day of the expo. Product demonstrations

GJD will be hosting live product demonstrations of its D-TECT IP wired and wireless motion detectors, the demo will show visitors how the D-TECT IP provides solutions for a wide range of sectors. One of the major advantages is that it provides real-time remote access, to enable monitoring and programming from anywhere in the world and at any time. Other key features include seamless integration with VMS providers and CCTV systems, programmable beam detection settings and ultra-low maintenance.

for a wide range of applications

As well as the D-TECT IP range, GJD’s product experts will be demonstrating the D-TECT Laser, which offers ultimate performance and precision designed for perimeter protection and intruder detection. The D-TECT Laser has a detection range of up to 25m and has many features including two detection areas, which can be programmed to within 10cm, an IP65 housing for internal or external applications and a virtual tamper.

Offering a powerful solution for when optimum detection performance is required, the D-TECT Laser is well suited for a wide range of applications. It is perfect for when site layouts require a virtual wall or ceiling including busy open sites such as car dealerships, automatic gates and industrial doors, to name a few.

Visitors to the stand will also see the Clarius Plus range of Infra-Red and White-Light LED illuminators. One of the major advantages of the Clarius Plus is its interchangeable lens diffuser system, which provides a quick and user-friendly method to easily alter the angle of illumination to deliver angles of 10, 30, 60, 80 and 120 degrees.
