ExCeL London, the capital’s largest event venue, has appointed Carlisle Support Services as its dedicated security partner to further enhance the venue’s security operations and improve the visitor experience.

Carlisle Support Services will be working closely alongside the venue’s in-house security team to ensure the security of ExCeL’s 100-acre campus, as well as the safety of its four million annual visitors, event organisers, and exhibitors. 

Supporting ExCeL’s vision

The contract will see a designated Contract Manager, two Client Relationship Managers, and an extensive pool of in-house trained and incentivised workforce for optimal operational scalability to suit fluctuating demand.

With over 30 years of experience supporting some of the UK’s largest brands and venues including ACC Liverpool and Ascot Racecourse, Carlisle Support Services also boasts long-standing client relationships, celebrating 23 years with Tottenham Hotspur. The company’s track record, extensive expertise, and promise-based culture look to support ExCeL’s vision to be the home of world-pioneering events.
