dormakaba is strengthening its market presence in India by opening another Customer Experience Centre in the Indian capital, Delhi. Customer Experience Centres have already been opened in the important economic centres of Mumbai (2023) and Bangalore (2021).

This means that customers and partners in various regions of India can find out more about dormakaba products and solutions in person and attend on-site training.

dormakaba's seven key markets

India is one of dormakaba's seven key markets, along with North America, Germany, Switzerland, Australia/New Zealand, UK/Ireland, and China.

In the 2023/24 financial year, dormakaba's business in India in the Access Solutions segment maintained its momentum, recording double-digit organic growth.

dormakaba's further growth

As part of the implementation of the group-wide growth strategy, a Global Specification Centre in Chennai started operations at the beginning of 2024. It supports all dormakaba markets with a team of specification experts.

One of the three shared service centres in India was also set up in 2024, taking over operational activities for the Asian region. In addition, the regional production centre in Chennai was expanded due to growing demand in the airport sector. These measures will sustainably support dormakaba's further growth.
