Stephen on rejoining PAC

Stephen Tickle says: “Rejoining PAC is a real opportunity to reconnect with the housing sector and help address the challenges it faces with practical, well-supported solutions.”

He adds, “This role is about much more than just supplying systems - it’s about working alongside customers, understanding what they need from their access control and making sure what we provide genuinely supports their residents and teams.”

Stephen’s extensive industry experience

Stephen’s expertise spans distribution, manufacturing, and channel development

Stephen’s expertise spans distribution, manufacturing, and channel development, which gives him a valuable perspective on the full delivery cycle of access control solutions - from product development to specification and installation.

He has worked across both domestic and commercial markets, but has always maintained a particular interest in the social housing sector, recognising its unique operational demands and long-term planning requirements.

In his role, Stephen will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with new and existing customers, working alongside installer partners and supporting housing providers with access to technical expertise, training, and ongoing system support.

Steve Riley’s comments

Steve Riley, Division Director at Comelit-PAC, said: “Stephen brings a solid understanding of both the technology and the sectors we operate in. At a time when compliance, integration, and long-term value are under increasing scrutiny, PAC has a strong reputation for delivering systems that are secure, flexible, and easy to manage.”

He adds, “I’m looking forward to Stephen working closely with our customers to build on that reputation and help shape future solutions together.”
