Samsung Techwin America continues to expand its lineup of network recording solutions with the introduction of the new ONVIF compliant SRH-3000 Hybrid Network Video Recorder at ISC West (booth #14079). The SRH-3000 can accommodate up to six hot-swappable HDDs, boosting its storage capacity to 24TB. With support for iSCSI interface, the SRH-3000 is flexible to expand more storage.

“The new SRH-3000 is a powerful and versatile hybrid network recorder that provides users with a solution that suits their needs, both today and in the future,” said Frank De Fina, Samsung's Executive Vice President. “With the ability to record both analog and IP video, the Samsung SRH-3000 delivers ultimate flexibility for users who want to make use of their existing analog cameras while transitioning to IP cameras at their own pace.”

The embedded Windows-based SRH-3000 provides up to 64 channels for recording IP video (16 channels for analog) at up to 250Mbps. It supports H.264, MPEG-4 and MJPEG and is fully compatible with Samsung Centralized Management Software, which allows users to access live or recorded video via PC or mobile device from anywhere in the world. The SRH-3000 supports a wide variety of resolutions, from CIF up to 5 megapixel.

Sixteen alarm inputs, programmable recording on a variety of customisable event triggers, even actions (e-mail alerts, PTX presets, etc.) and 16 channels of simultaneous playback at 100Mbps are just a few of the many attractive features the SRH-3000 offers.
