Ian Creary joins AMG with more than 20 years of experience in numerous Sales and Customer Support roles

Ian’s depth of knowledge will drive forward the customer service initiative

AMG, the British manufacturer of CCTV transmission solutions and sophisticated 5 Megapixel cameras, announces that Ian Creary has joined the company as Sales and Technical Support Manager.

Founder and MD of AMG Systems, Alan Hayes, says, “AMG’s technology is very innovative and we have unique expert knowhow and track record within the Security & Transport sectors. Our focus on Customer Support means that we are now set on a path that will allow AMG to further enhance our customer service initiative. I am delighted that Ian Creary has accepted the position as Technical Sales Manager. As Ethernet and IP (Internet Protocol) become more the technology of choice in systems, AMG has been leading this trend, becoming a UK Centre of Excellence in this area. However, with this advancement comes a significant responsibility to our customers as the industry adapts to the rapid technological change. Ian’s depth of knowledge will drive forward this customer service initiative.”

Ian Creary joins AMG with more than 20 years of experience in numerous Sales and Customer Support roles within the Security & Surveillance industry. He brings in-depth knowledge and understanding of CCTV and Access Control Security disciplines as well as Networking, Transmission and Software applications. Ian is highly enthusiastic, with a conscientious, dedicated 'can-do' approach to the requirements of his role.

Ian has a Maritime Radio General Certificate from the Merchant Navy College and CISCO CCNA and CCNP certificates. Ian attained the Maritime Radio General Certificate (Radio Officers ticket) at The Merchant Navy College, Greenhithe, and subsequently achieved CCNA and CCNP certification. He is married to June and is the proud dad of two daughters. In his spare time he likes to keep fit with long walks and occasional games of Table Tennis (having once been a qualified ETTA Table Tennis Coach, coaching the Junior Lincolnshire and Northamptonshire performance squads). Ian also enjoys keeping his eclectic Vinyl record collection spinning on his British audiophile hi-fi system and is keen on international travel, theatre and good food.
