Patrick Nora, the former Director of Boon Edam Manufacturing, brings with him a passion for driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional results within the Boon Edam organisation.

Nora first joined Boon Edam in 2018 as the Operations Manager, where he focused on improving safety, quality, and productivity results through lean manufacturing systems and continuous improvement efforts.

Prior to joining Boon Edam, he enjoyed a long career in manufacturing organisations, including Loranger Manufacturing Corp. and Boeing, where he gained extensive experience in quality assurance, production management, and multi-site product modification management. 

Patrick Nora also brings over a decade of experience as a managerial consultant, helping businesses from a broad spectrum of industries succeed in competitive industry performance, facility construction, commissioning, start-up, international expansion, and mergers.
