Amthal has completed its acquisition of majority shares in Integrated Protection Maintenance Services Ltd (IPSML,) a Midlands-based, provider of fire safety and security solutions.
IPSML majority shares have been acquired by Amthal as part of a combined growth initiative, presented to ensure the joint venture, fire safety, and security specialist can offer expert solutions across a greater coverage of the UK.

With over 20 years of combined experience, IPSML has a significant presence in the Midlands, offering bespoke commercial fire safety and security systems to facility manager and block management companies looking for compliant design, installation, maintenance, and monitoring services.
